Overview

Because many of our products are made to order, limited-run, or produced on demand, we maintain a limited returns policy. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

 
Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error; and

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (if applicable).

 
Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Made-to-order or custom products

  • Limited-run items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper installation

  • Items returned without prior authorization

 
Return Authorization

All returns require prior approval. To request a return, contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect (if applicable)

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 
Refunds

If your return is approved, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

 
Replacements

When appropriate, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement timelines will vary based on product availability and production schedules.

 
Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • If a return is approved due to our error, we may cover return shipping at our discretion.

 
Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production or fulfillment begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
