Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Processing time includes order verification, production (if applicable), quality control, and packaging.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin after the order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
We use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipment size, destination, and service selected.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently offered unless explicitly stated on a product listing. Any future international availability will be clearly identified at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information, when available. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.
Custom, Made-to-Order, or Limited-Run Items
Some products may be made to order or produced in limited batches. These items may require additional processing time, which will be disclosed on the product page.
Delays and Carrier Issues
Pop Smoke LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs (if applicable), or other circumstances outside our control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and any relevant photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
